Return & Refund Policy

At Vacation Andaman Tour and Travels, we understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair while covering the costs we incur for confirmed bookings.

1. Cancellation by Traveller

• Cancellations must be requested in writing (via email or WhatsApp).
• Cancellation charges will apply as per the following schedule:
• 30 days or more before travel date – 10% of the total package cost will be deducted.
• 15–29 days before travel date – 25% of the total package cost will be deducted.
• 7–14 days before travel date – 50% of the total package cost will be deducted.
• Less than 7 days before travel date / No Show – No refund will be provided.

2. Cancellation of Activities & Add-Ons

Ferry tickets, flight tickets, and water sports activities are non-refundable once booked.Any unused services (meals, transfers, sightseeing, or activities) are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days after cancellation confirmation.
• Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during booking.
• Bank charges, service charges, and transaction fees (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Amendments / Date Changes

• Requests for rescheduling or date changes will be subject to availability and additional charges.
• Hotels, airlines, and ferry operators may apply their own rescheduling policies, which will be binding.

5. Cancellation by Company

In rare cases, due to natural calamities, ferry cancellations, strikes, political unrest, or any event beyond our control, Vacation Andaman Tour and Travels reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings.

In such cases, we will try to offer an alternative arrangement or provide a refund after deducting applicable service charges.
