Welcome to Vacation Andaman Tour and Travels. By booking a package or using our services,you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservations.

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be confirmed with an advance payment.
The balance amount must be paid before the commencement of the tour.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our side.

2. Amendments & Changes

Any changes in travel dates, hotels, or itinerary are subject to availability and additionalcharges.
Vacation Andaman Tour and Travels reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather
conditions, ferry schedules, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Travel Documents

Guests are responsible for carrying valid ID proof, permits, and travel documents.
Foreign nationals must carry a valid passport and visa as per Government of India regulations.

4. Liability

We act as a tour operator and are not liable for natural calamities, accidents, delays, or
cancellations caused by airlines, ferries, or third-party vendors.
Any loss, damage, or injury during the trip is the sole responsibility of the traveller.
Travelers are advised to purchase travel insurance for added protection.

5. Health & Safety

Guests must disclose any medical conditions at the time of booking.
Participation in water sports and adventure activities is at the traveller’s own risk.
Children must be supervised by parents/guardians at all times.

6. Force Majeure

Vacation Andaman Tour and Travels shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, political unrest,pandemics, or other events beyond our control.

7. Governing Law

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Sri Vijaya Puram, South Andaman, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, India.
